From the Author

Because every life deserves hope.

In Not Another Statistic I share the lessons, or “keys,” I discovered from a life that began in the streets and foster care, carried me across continents, cultures, heartbreaks, faith, and triumphs. Each key unlocks another truth about resilience, forgiveness, and finding purpose after pain.

These keys are yours now. Use them however you need. Some will fit perfectly, others may not and that’s okay. Take what helps, leave what doesn’t, and one day share your own keys so that someone else can assist you in opening the doors you couldn’t get open alone.

This is my story and how I learned to believe again and how I turned my survival into my strength.
